Delivery Time:

• Nationwide (Pakistan): 2–5 business days after dispatch
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier operations

Shipping Partners:

Shipping Charges:

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
• Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotions

Order Tracking:

Return & Exchange Policy

At Harvested Scents, we want you to love every fragrance you receive. Due to the nature of perfumes, we accept returns and exchanges under specific conditions only.

Eligible Returns:
We accept returns or exchanges if:

• You received a wrong or damaged item
• Your order was incomplete or missing products

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Kindly include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photo/video proof (if applicable).

Conditions

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• Returns are not accepted for used or opened perfumes due to hygiene and safety reasons

If your request is approved, our team will share return instructions and process your exchange accordingly.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified.

• Approved cases are typically handled through exchange
• In special cases, refunds may be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
